If it's Bradley Wiggins, I think it would need to be a relatively young Bradley because I think the photo is of someone with sideburns. However, I'm not sure he had a beard and moustache which the fuzzy celeb also has, at the same time as his sideburns. His hair does seem a good match though.

Fuzzy celeb looks like he has blue eyes. I don't think Bradley Wiggins has blue eyes.
