Parkingeye letter before court claim

Hello! I need some advise please!
I feel like parkingeye are seriously taking the !!!!!!! I have been sent a parking charge for almost every appointment I have had for my mentally ill child for the last 18mths! I have appealed and had every charge successfully dropped except one!!!
The difficulty is the last few appointments have been made in person and no letters have been sent out, I appealed two charges together and mentioned about the previous charge as being unfair as I always register my car and that maybe they should check their equipment, they replied and dropped the charges.
I have now been sent a letter for a county court claim, I messaged them with a letter confirming my appointment and they have said its too late, pay fine or it's court!
I really do not want to pay them anymore money as I feel the stress of having to prove every bloody visit whilst having a very unwell child is stressful enough!
If I refuse to pay the fine and prove in court I was actually their for a valid reason, but missed the popla appeal because I thought my other appeal covered it all, would I end up with a massive fine?
Sorry for the long wind...I gave spent far too much time on this company as it is!!!

It is not a fine. Easy to defend.
You need to read the SECOND POST of the NEWBIES thread to understand how easy it is and that no massive costs are risked. Your questions are already answered there and I even provide PEye's litigation email address.I really do not want to pay them anymore money.Errr...have you paid them money? When?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not for this fine but others i have had to do when I've lost appeals0

No you haven't. Nobody has to pay private parking companies. Never pay them.
Also, why all this effort to go through the farce of 'appeal'? These aren't fines.
What about a complaint to the landowner (hospital? Clinic? GP?) who can always cancel PCNs.
Send your evidence again to the ParkingEye Enforcement team email address I give in the LBCCC section of the NEWBIES thread.
AND do PLAN A. Landowner complaint.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK so wait for a Claim Form then show us that urgently.
Complain to the landowner / retailer / hospital or whatever you were visiting on site. There is a short time for them to cancel it for you with one email. This can be cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
