Another EDF FIT payment delay.

After the debacle in June due to a system change I foolishly hoped it would be back to normal this quarter. No such luck it seems. Reading sent on 1st September, statement on 4th promising payment within 5 working days then on 11th another statement promising payment within 5 working days! Emailed yesterday asking what is going on but no reply yet. Just hoping I don't get another statement next week kicking thr can further down the road.
