NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law and outside England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the fifty (50) United States (and. D.C.).  Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Prize Draw begins on 9th September 2024 at 9:00:00 a.m. GMT and ends on September 22nd 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. GMT (“Prize Draw Period”). Sponsors’ computer is the official time keeping device for this Prize Draw. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid for the Prize Draw.

 

1. Eligibility: The Malin + Goetz x Mob Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to legal residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and to legal US residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia.  All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Malin + Goetz and Mob or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsors’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Prize Draw. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

 

2. Sponsors: Malin and Goetz Limited, 4th Floor, 385-389 Oxford Street, London, W1C 2NB, United Kingdom (“Malin + Goetz”) and Mouth Group Limited, Union Central Building, 78 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DP, United Kingdom (“Mob”, together with M+G, “Sponsors”).

 

3. How to Enter: During the Prize Draw Period, to enter, you must submit your email address through the designated entry form on the M+G website: https://www.malinandgoetz.co.uk/mob (“Entry Condition”). Upon completion of the Entry Condition, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.  Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.  Entries must be submitted by the contestant.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple and/or different identities, email addresses, or any other methods will void all of that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsors’ discretion.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email account used to complete the Entry Condition will be deemed to be the registrant.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsors or forfeit the Prize.  Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email account will be disqualified and ineligible to win. You must complete the Entry Condition above to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.  

      

4. Selection of Winners:  On October 3rd 2024, Sponsors will select the name of the potential winner of the Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.  The potential winner will be notified by email on or about October 8th 2024.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted via email after the first attempt to contact them, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  Only two (2) alternate drawings will be held, after which any remaining Prize will remain un-awarded. 

 

5. Verification of Potential Winners:  ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSORS, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PRIZE DRAW.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.  

6.  Prize: The prize includes: 

-        £2,000 shopping spree (or its equivalent in US dollars for winners residing in the United States);

-        M+G Tomato Home Spray and Tomato Candle; and

-        Mob 6 Cookbook and limited-edition apron, 

(together, “Prize”). 

 

If you are selected as a winner, a member of our team will contact you to select the products for your shopping spree up to the total value of £2,000 (or its equivalent in US dollars). The Prize will be shipped to the address you provide (UK or US addresses only) and may be delivered in instalments. 

 

7. Prize Restrictions: All costs, expenses and arrangements not included in the Prize shall be the responsibility of the winner. Any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner.  Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsors reserve the right to make an equivalent Prize substitution at their sole discretion. Prize is subject to availability. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Prize Draw or offer.
