Hi. My brother had LPA for my Mum. She passed in April this year. 5 days before she died he executed transfers of all her estate to himself. Is this legal and is it possible? She did not have capacity at that stage.

No, it is theft. Who is the executor of her estate? How much are we talking about?

So this is a follow on to your previous threads.

As you've mentioned, the estate consists of possibly several properties.

From what you've said, laws might have been broken and reading between the lines, there might also be tax avoidance/evasion involved.

You really need professional advice from a solicitor.
Only then can you (and your siblings) decide whether to pursue or walk away...

have you found new information?
You would probably be better posting on the other threads rather than starting a new one without any of the background. Although I agree this is so complicated, you probably need to pay for professional advice.
