Pip tribunal

Hi
I had put in a pip appeal to the tribunal. And was being helped by a welfare advisor. I kept thinking how I am going to cope at the tribunal when I get the hearing in the future and had a pannick attack. I phoned the tribunal and withdrawd my appeal.
I am now feeling better and want to appeal can it be reinstated is there a time limit?
Thanks

If an appeal to a tribunal is withdrawn, it can be reinstated by writing to the tribunal within one month of HMCTS's cancellation notification. If this deadline is missed, a letter should be sent to explain why you wish to reinstate the appeal.
So, write / speak directly to HMCTS asap.
Talk to your welfare adviser, to see if they still have the capacity to help you.
Did you discuss your withdrawal with them?

What do you mean if welfare advisor will have capacity to help me?
Thanks

It will take an adviser many days of work to prepare an appeal for the client (from the initial meeting to the appeal submission and tribunal hearing).
So it makes sense for advisers to prioritise;
i) those cases which have merit (i.e will succeed at tribunal),
ii) where the client might struggle to get their case in front of the tribunal without the help that a caseworker can provide, and
iii) where the client will listen to the advice and constructively work with the caseworker to advance their appeal.
There is a limit to the number of appeal cases that a welfare caseworker / adviser can deal with at any time, as you withdrew your appeal, your adviser may have picked up additional caes and now have a full caseload (i.e no longer have any capacity).
What was the date of the HMCTS cancellation notice?
Are you still in the 1 month timeframe?
How far along the appeal process did you get?
Have you received the DWP bundle, and have you and your adviser sent your submission in response to HMCTS ?Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.1 -

I was only a short period of time into appeal as had received my bundle and instructed the welfare advisor I had some new evidence so the advisor said he is going to send it to the tribunal who will then send it to DWP. And they may change their decision in my favour before the hearing which he estimated to be April 2025.0 -

I'd check with the adviser that the new evidence has been send to HMCTS despite you withdrawing.
The tribunal panels are very good at putting claimants at ease, so they can are able to give their verbal evidence.
