Think I need to replace these weatherfin piles, does anyone know what they are called or type. Don’t want to go back to Ventrolla, did ask them couple of months ago along with quote, they replied to the wrong person with the wrong quote, think their business model has changed they are more into replacing the whole window.

Thanks, potentially useful for me. I got Ventrolla to leave a fair bit of different size strips, for future maintenance, when they did our windows. Have not needed it yet, but interesting to find where to get more if/when needed.0

Asked Ventrolla for specifications of their weatherfin pile or where I can purchase from. This is the response I got from them

£1000? Per window? They're having a laugh, right?

That’s why I posted it. Wish I known they were going to be so obstructive I would have never used them.casper_gutman said:£1000? Per window? They're having a laugh, right?

For £1000 I'd want an entire replacement window. Even then, I'd consider getting another quote or two to compare.
