THE PRIZE

4.1 The prize is an Explore holiday for two to Rome and Umbria, Italy, including return/direct economy flights from any London airport, subject to availability. There is one prize available to be won.  The holiday itinerary and available dates can be found here: https://www.explore.co.uk/holidays/upgraded-walking-italy-rome-umbria.

4.2 The prize holiday includes seven nights’ premium hotel accommodation, breakfast and some other meals as per the itinerary (7 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 5 dinners), local transport (bus) and the services of an Explore tour leader throughout. The trip does not include any optional extras or upgrades, visas or the cost of travel insurance.

4.3 The holiday prize must be booked at least six weeks prior to the departure date and booked no later than 31 December 2024. The holiday prize must be used before 31 December 2025. Please note that dates are subject to availability.

4.4 Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests. The winner is also responsible for arranging any visas and vaccinations required for their trip. The winner is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance.

4.5 Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
