I've read as much as I can from the sticky links.
I am a company secretary, our car was legally used by another person and has a parking ticket for unpaid tariff.
I've seen a template to reply but also that it was best to first post to check.
Any help appreciated

Do not use the template in blue text. Instead, use one of the three edna basher template letters that you will find linked in the first post of the NEWBIES.
One of these is for Fleet Managers, but check all three to determine which one suits the situation best. Post the one you have chosen here for confirmation before you appeal.
Do not reveal the driver's identity.
Sign it off with your company title, or get another authorised company official to do so with their title. If the company is the registered keeper, then state this in the appeal.
This is after exhausting Plan A of course, a complaint to the landowner and your/the company owner's/CEO's MP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Transfer liability to the lessee by using the slip on the Notice your company was sent. Do not call that person the DRIVER, just the hirer or lessee. Give their name and address.FinFanFun said:I've read as much as I can from the sticky links.

Then when they get their NTH they can win at POPLA (by not saying who was driving).
This answer assumes that your company is the owner and registered keeper of the vehicle (named on the logbook) and doesn't lease it from a fleet firm which got the first PCN and has transferred liability to your company?
The answer also assumes you aren't a company based in Scotland.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
