HSBC - any way of finding my customer number online or in the app?

I have to phone them to have an account unblocked but can't get through the initial request for either my customer number or the 16 digit number from my debit card.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find my debit card and think I may have destroyed it as it was not needed for the transactions I had planned for this account. There doesn't seem to be an option to view it under "manage card".
I do not seem to have a note of my customer number anywhere either.
I tried to visit my local branch yesterday but it was closed due to flooding.
Any ideas or any phone numbers I can use to bypass the information requested? I tried online chat yesterday but it was them that told me I had to phone up to have the account unblocked.

I've had to unblock an HSBC account a while ago and I'm afraid I see a long phone call to CS in your future. Once through you should be able to reset a telephone password, and if you're comfortable doing so, you can set up the voice password to get through quicker next time.1

Do you know your sort code and account number?
If so you can use the "Forgotten your username" option on the login page to internet banking
