I received a letter from HMCE in April last year telling me that I was owed £108.46, they also said that they would send a cheque to Phillipson Hardwick Advisory Ltd within two weeks, to date I have not received anything at all. Can someone tell me why I have not received this money.

HMRC would send them a refund if authority to repay then has been received.

However, based on posts here and elsewhere on the internet, you have probably lost some or all of that money.
