my way is to double click the space where you would write in then hover your curser over the items in the list that appears and delete as required

Delete anything that you dont want to always apear when you click in the space. Not just ebay. User names and passwords on web sites do the same, i dont know what its called, but on certain pages there are so many and i cant be bothered to look through them all to find the one i want.
  • Assuming that you remain in the majority and use Internet explorer 7

    Start IE.
    Click Tools | Internet Options.
    Select the General tab.

in the Browsing history section, click Delete
click Delete forms in the Form data section

    Click OK

That one doesnt seem to work as its still there when i open a new page.

If people are unsure what I`m on about it happens when you delete cookies, but i dont want to do that as i have passwords i`ll never remember.
