One downside of payments to a current account from either YBS or Coventry is that you loose a day as both building societies send faster payments the following working day. Better to use Saffron or Skipton societies as they send faster payments that day.

If the condition is supposed to be enforced, it hasn't been implemented in any way and the account accepts deposits like any other YBS account.

I suppose YBS would be perfectly entitled to refund any payment received from another YBS account and refuse a second £50 payment that month.
