Can the draw date change?

According to MoT records online, based on the number plate of the car being offered, the car's mileage was  101,507 miles when it was tested last month. Failed at first, and wasn't tested at all in 2023, so may have been SORNed. Plenty of life left in it in theory, especially as it's a diesel, but it's not a young beast!

Yup - a fairly old diesel so not ULEZ-compliant for London.... (not sure about other cities with similar schemes)
