Am I responsible for water pipes going under next door's house from my meter to my water supply?

My water meter is situated to the left of the house next door, and the supply goes under their house to mine. I know I'm responsible for pipes from the meter within my boundary, but would I have to pay for excavations under next door's house if the pipe from the meter bursts before it gets to my house? Thanks in advance.
