Hello
thanks for any advice in advance,
have 1 year trading as limited company, took in A lot more cash than needed to withdraw as dividend/salary or use as expenses.
what do people do with spare cash in limited company?
buisness bank account not paying any Interest,
Is there any investing websites people use or recommended- will do my due diligence
once
have some ideas or is it best to let the cash sit there
thanks again in advance

Business savings accounts are available which pay interest, have you looked at those?
For example:
https://www.business.hsbc.uk/en-gb/products-and-solutions/savings-accounts
https://www.allica.bank/lp/savings-pot
https://www.tide.co/business-savings-account/
https://www.natwest.com/business/savings.html

pedantically be careful not to speculate with spare cash
Under company law the Ltd can only engage in cash management (ie deposit in interest earning accounts), not "investment", unless its articles of association say it is an investment company / give it investment powers1 -

Cynergy bank has a good easy access savings account with faster payments in and out.
Alica bank has good rates for fixed term and notice accounts.
InvestEngine is an ETF investment platform. There are iShares Ultra Short Bonds and GBP overnight swap (paying interest income twice a year, but can sell any time). If you a referral let me know.
Do consider the complexity of opening a new account. As it's one more thing to track of.
