Transferring Money between UK and Oman

We have recently arrived in Oman for work reasons and will need to transfer money between our new Omani account and our existing uk account. Is there way to do this without incurring large transfer fees? I have looked at Wise and Revolut which I believe work in similar ways but neither will transfer from Pounds to Omani Rials. We have also looked at Moneycorp which says it will do this service but it would have to be done over the phone as OMR are an exotic currency. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sadly xe do not support transfers to Oman. It seems to be quite a difficult place to transfer money to and from outside banks.0
