Car finance / driving licence HELP

Hello guys, I apologise if this is the wrong forum to post this on.

I was banned from driving last year and my disqualification expires on 19th October. I reapplied for my full licence last month as you can reapply 2 months beforehand and I received my full licence back from the DVLA today however it’s not yet valid until 19th October obviously.

However, I am looking at getting car finance but I’d like to also be able to drive the day my ban is over as I’ve been off the road for nearly 16 months and the last thing I want is to be waiting weeks to obtain car finance.  

I was wondering, does anyone know of any car finance companies who would be willing to accept my finance application 1 week before my licence valid from date, I understand they would ask to see my full licence and I can show them this. But if I explain that I wish to apply 1 week before my ban ends to get all the finance paperwork completed ready for me to collect the car on the date my ban ends will they be okay with this?

Or does anyone know any car finance companies who offer same day finance I could walk into and drive home the same day if this would be better?

Example, my driving ban ends on 19th October, if I applied for finance on let’s say 12th October and I explained my circumstances would they still process my finance application but just not allow me to collect my new car until 19th October?

Also does anyone have any advice on the best insurance company / broker for me to use as I have 2 x DG10 driving disqualifications and 4 insurance claims (2 claims are my fault and 2 claims are non-fault) I understand it’s not going to be cheap for me for a few years at least but I’m happy to pay for my car insurance monthly. 

I went onto compare the market to do a dummy quote on a 1 litre Volkswagen Polo and a 1 litre Seat Ibiza, both cars were in insurance group 13 or lower and I got no quotes at all. Is there anyone who will insure me. Any suggestions?

The last few times I've taken car finance, I have indeed been asked for my licence, but I assumed it was simply for ID.

I can't imagine the finance company gives a hoot about your entitlement to drive - after all you could lend it to your drunken friend who has no licence at all later the same day. But I could well be wrong.
