How can I tell if Martin Lewis messages on Facebook are genuine?

I am now 80 and started getting Martins emails using an older email address almost since he started. The only social media I use is Facebook and have noticed that more and more content I get relates to Martins observations and warnings. A couple of weeks ago there was some wording that I felt was very suspect and I commented that I thought the content was a scam. Although a lot of the content appears to be the same as the weekly email how can I tell? Is the content on Facebook sanctioned by money saving expert?
