Hi Smart traveller, your thread here is quite comprehensive and goes into great detail, is that all on the Newbies thread? I’m just about to send my appeal on line, I simply misread signage tried to park at McD ended up at the Starbucks CP with a PCN.So is the above your defense statement not the actual appeal ?0
