Defence after an AOS

Morning, hopefully this is still active and someone can help me out.
In 2021 I was issued a parking fine for a shopping centre carpark, I honestly can’t remember that far back but I do remember appealing the ticket. Clearly I lost and now I’ve received a letter from the NBS. As above I’ve followed the instructions and submitted an AOS, now I just need some help with the defence.. I can’t seem to find the template? And as for a defence I can’t remember what I even mentioned in the original appeal and don’t have a copy for reference seeing as it was 4 years ago. I moved from that town years ago. I now live 100 miles away but this is the current situation I’ve found myself in.. any help would be appreciated.

Its definitely not a parking fine, it was a Parking Charge Notice, a PCN , an Invoice ( magistrates issue fines. )
I have no idea what NBS means but I assume that you received a claim form from the CNBC in Northampton, a court claim pack which arrived in the post
Name the parking company
Name the lawyers listed below the parking company ( if used. )
Post the issue date from the top right of the claim form, plus the date that the AOS was completed ( I hope that you did it on MCOL and not by snail mail. ? )
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the bottom left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details
The defence template sticky thread is in announcements above this thread, by coupon mad, read the first 2 or 3 posts in it, so start at the beginning and ignore all the spurious replies from around post 4 in it0
