Screw in Bread

Hi,
I was tucking into some beans on toast this morning and bit into something very hard. At first I thought it was a particularly hard nut or seed, but discovered that it was actually a small screw contained within the bread (a well known supermarket's own brand).
When I brushed my teeth I had a small piece of tooth come away. In fairness the tooth was already broken and any pain was mild at most.
I was just wondering what course of action, if any, I should take.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

I'd get in touch with the supermarket and let them know what's happened - you should at least get a free loaf of bread and some dental work done. Contact their customer services dept at head office.0

I would actually notify the local envirnomental health department that polices that supermarket.
A well known supermarket near me has finally been fined for the way they handle food triggered by complaints from consumers.
Complaints to the supermarket directly can be buried.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0 -
I thought they usually metal detect loafs as the leave production , wondering if someone could have done it in the store ?0

I wouldn't bother with environmental health; I'd just contact the supermarket and explain what had happened.0
