My RS's matured yesterday 08/09 and as I received the maturity letters too late in the post they should have matured into Easy Access Accounts. Their online portal is showing as has been updated today but my RS's are still showing as RS's without the interest added.
Is anyone else in this situation? How long will I have to wait for them to show their maturity?
Thanks.

I think they process maturity only on working days. Check back tomorrow0

I had one like this with another bank and the interest appeared on the next working day1

Mine matured on Saturday, interest was added by midday Sunday and the balance transferred to my Santander account at 4pm. I expect the money to arrive sometime this morning.1

Thanks. You will see it tomorrow as yesterday was not a working day.0 -
Mine took an extra day even when the maturity date was a working day. I assumed it was down to their online portal only refreshing once a day and the interest being added after the cut off.1
