Hi, I have a SELV LED light which has stopped working. The model number is KED09W350R06. I've attached some photos. I've tried Googling and for the life of me I don't know how to get this working again. Does anyone here have any ideas?

The KED09W350R06 model number is for the transformer, not the light fitting. There is a silver label beside it, but unfortunately too blurred to read..Her courage will change the world.

LED lights are relatively disposable items though.1 -

The silver label says LAP LED FLUSH CEILING LIGHT Item no 14802-0001
Lamp 10W (20x0.5W) LEDLAP is (I believe) a Screwfix & B&Q own-label. Cheap products not noted for high quality.I'd suggest visiting the Screwfix website and look for something similar. Her courage will change the world.

It could be the power supply that has failed. Or it could be one of the LEDs has failed. They usually wire them in series, which means that if one fails, they all go out.You would need some knowledge of electronics, and some test gear, to work out which it is. And then you still need to find parts to repair it.These things are made to be disposable. There's no way an ordinary consumer can fix them.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.2 -
Big Clive could get it sortedSignature on holiday for two weeks0
