Booking name for Ryanair flight is slightly different to passport - does this matter?

Hi all,
I recently booked flights to Berlin with Ryanair and just realised I forgot to account for my name being slightly different on my passport.
My actual name is Carrie Anne (Carrie being my first name, Anne being my middle name).
For some reason, my passport shows my name hyphenated as Carrie-Anne.
I clearly forgot this at the time of booking and my flights are booked with my name just as 'Carrie'.
Will this cause a problem? Will I need to cancel and rebook (name-change will cost around £50 more than just rebooking)? Or is it not likely to cause an issue?
Not a frequent flyer so not sure on the specific rules around this.
Thanks!

Well, there is a few issues here.
Passport needs fixing as it doesn't show your real name?
The rule is that you can have up to 3 misspelled letters in name as long as it makes sense, for example Jamie and James is ok, but Bob and Jon isn't. You can manually fix this on Ryanair booking but.. you would need 5 "-Anne".
You can always try changing it to CarrieAnn and it would likely work ok - but nobody can guarantee that, really depends how picky the boarding staff are.
Obviously paying full fee for changing name, or buying new ticket will definitely guarantee problem free travel.

If you can make a change just delete the hyphen. Would they really notice Carrie Anne Smithagainst Carrie Anne SmithMr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0

Did you request 'name change' or 'name correction'? You would need the latter. When checking in you submit API (advance passenger information) which includes your name as shown in passport. If 'Anne' is completely missing from your PNR there may be failure due to mismatch. If you do succeed to check in without any correction, it's still (for me) uncertain whether you'll be accepted at the boarding gate passport check. If your passport was issued by HMPO with your name not entered exactly as in the application you submitted, why did you not have it corrected..?Evolution, not revolution0

Success - I Live Chatted with RyanAir and they've changed the name to match my passport with no charge.
Phew!
