Cahoot Sunny Saver - 0% interest

I've just noticed on my online account that my Sunny Saver is showing 0% interest rate.

By accident, the balance has been £3004 the last few days. Is that the reason for earning no interest or is a technical glitch on the platform?

I had thought that any balance over £3000 was ignored for earning interest but that you still earnt 5.08% up to £3k.

It is well known that for accounts at Santander and its other brands with tiered interest, the rate displayed is what is being paid on the highest part of the balance (though they seem to have fixed this in the new Santander app).

I did not know that, or have forgotten since it's not a scenario I've experienced before. Good to know I haven't missed out on any interest!
