Thank you although I couldn’t find out how to ascertain if my engine is eligible. I believe I can check with the VIN number.0

Just be very careful what you sign up to. There have been several threads from people who saw the compo opportunity and rushed into an agreement, and are finding out they may be liable for costs because they want to withdraw.

Hi,
I've obviously been living under a rock. Didn't realise this was a real thing so ignored it as a scam.
The deadline for my Nissan has passed, but when I click what appears to be a link to 'register interest', nothing happens.
Can anyone offer any helpful advice please?
Thank you.

Odds of companies paying out is slim to none. As none of the companies or even VW had any cheat devices fitted. Only in the US was that the case.Life in the slow lane0 -
I received £1750 for my VW golf 3 weeks after the law firm settled with VW in may 2022. The firm made a killing. They took about £400 per claim0

You should have trained, become qualified and then taken on all the legal work yourself to keep that extra £400.0
