2. The prize for one runner-up consists of a free 90-minute full consultation (valued at £190.00), excluding testing and follow-ups, at By Firdous® HEALTH. Other contestants will receive a free 25-minute consultation (valued at £60) at By Firdous® HEALTH.
3. Winners have up to one year from notification to claim their prize.
4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
5. 2 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by By Firdous® HEALTH.
7. The competition commences on September 7th 2024, and concludes 30 days later. Winners will be contacted using the provided contact details submitted during entry.
8. By participating in this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
9. By Firdous® HEALTH reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
10. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment the winner will forfeit their prize.
