HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sponsor Facebook Page or the IrishShop website https://www.irishshop.com/irish-luck-contest.html . You can find the application on the Competition tab on the Sponsor’s Facebook Page. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form and participate in the contest. After submitting the required information on the entry form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. An additional entry will be awarded each time a verified facebook friend enters after that entrant or if the entrant sends a verified tweet on twitter. Awarding of additional entries is automated by the woobox sweepstakes platform.

WINNER SELECTION
The winners will be announced on or about September 5th 2024. Announcement and instructions for claiming the prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner does not reply to the e-mail sent containing the instructions to claim their prize and/or this e-mail is not received by an Administrator (or Sponsor) within ten (10) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. The competition was received in an email this week, t&c's state "begins at September1st, 00.01 PST and ends at September 30th 2024, 23.59 PST". 

I think that the date of the winner announcement simply hasn't been updated from last months comp.

As to whether the winner is liable to pay delivery and/or import duties? I am not entirely sure. The t&c's are a bit vague "Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner." 

They say that the prize is to receive the gold necklace, does that mean they must pay customs taxes and delivery? I'd like to think so but of course it is possible that they could say it's the responsibility of the winner even though they don't say so explicitly.
