1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Frugi, a part of Refined Brands Group. Our registered office is: Unit 2&2A Lodge Way, Indian Queens Industrial Estate, St Columb, Cornwall, TR9 6TF

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Refined Brands Group, Plankbridge Limited and Home Grown Hotels Limited, and their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must sign up to the Frugi & Friends loyalty program via the following link: https://www.welovefrugi.com/frugi-friends/win

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Frugi & Friends and agree to their data being shared with Plankbridge Limited and Home Grown Hotels Limited for marketing purposes.

4. Competition Period

The competition will run from 09:00:00 BST Friday 6th September 2024 to 23:59:59 BST Sunday 6th October 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

5. Prize

The stay at the PIG can be redeemed on midweek or weekend dates depending on availability, excluding 23 December 2024 – 1 January 2025 and Bank Holidays and Public Holidays and is bookable until Saturday 6th September 2025.

No additional food, beverage, Potting Shed treatments or mini bar spend included.No transport is included.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Data Protection
