MoneySupermarket is offering “Free Days Out” with their SuperSave Club, has anyone actually used this? What’s the catch if any?

I've recently bought car insurance through MoneySupermarket and got access to their SuperSaveClub Days Out offer. The main catch, as I see it, is that the venues that are actually offered are completely different to those that are promised on the MoneySupermarket 'Days Out Venues' page. (I would post a link, but I'm not allowed to.)

The venues that I was interested in visiting from the MoneySupermarket 'Days Out Venues' page are not actually available through the MoneySupermarket app. This seems fraudulent, to me.

I have tried to find out why I am not being offered access to the venues that were promised. When I ask MoneySupermarket's customer support this question, they continually 'misunderstand' and answer a different question or point me elsewhere to get the answer.
