To date they’ve been slow and a bit hit and miss with answering questions. We’ve taken a pragmatic view on things so far and only really pushed on things we thought were really important. Trying to work out what the floor is made of is more out of interest as it will help to work out how to look after the floor. Just a quick update. We got the keys to the house a couple of days ago, and having examined the floors closely, am pretty sure they are marble, based on comments made by other posters.Thanks to everyone that posted3
