3. There will be 10 separate price draws within this promotion with 1 winner per price draw. The entry dates are as follows: 

a.       Month 1 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/02/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 29/02/2024.

 b.       Month 2 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/03/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/03/2024.

 c.       Month 3 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/04/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 30/04/2024.

 d.       Month 4 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/05/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/05/2024.

 e.       Month 5 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/06/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 30/06/2024.

 f.        Month 6 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/07/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/07/2024.

 g.       Month 7 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/08/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/08/2024.

 h.       Month 8 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/09/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 30/09/2024.

 i.         Month 9 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/10/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/10/2024.

 j.         Month 10 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01/11/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 30/11/2024.

 4. There will be one winner per price draw, every winner will win a Lynx Fine Fragrance Collection. 

5. The promotion is limited to one entry per email address. Any entrant found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible. No entrant may win more than one prize and prizes are limited to one per household. 

 6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

 7. If any group of people elects to collaborate on a submission, they are required to designate one person as the agent of the group to enter the promotion, agree to these terms and conditions and accept the prize on behalf of the group.

 8. Entries received in connection with this promotion may be reviewed by the Promoter or a third party moderator after they have been placed online to confirm they comply with these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

 11. There will be 10 winners during the course of this promotion

1 x Copper Santal 150ml 

 12.  The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. Products included are subject to stock/availability. Winners must accept the entire Fine Fragrance Collection.

 13. All valid entries received on or before each closing date will be entered into a random number generator for that month's prize draw and the first entry drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. The winners will be notified by an email from lynx.winner@unilever.com within 7 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and email address within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

 15. The winner’s details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Lynx monthly competition,Unilever UK Limited, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2BAwithin ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.

 17. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
