I sent my samsugn flip 4 to samsung for repair as phone goes dead when closing it and you need to rebute it.
On reading other flip 4 problems this is a common battery fault as the have admitted this.
But to fix this they said it had impact damage to the hinge and had been dropped and was not the case my phone has always been in a rubber cover protecting the hinge as they are prone to break
So they want to charge me £341 to fix battery problem that's covered by warranty but on opening phone the hinge will break so need to fix hinge and that will be £341.
Feel ripped of had samsung phones all my life and treated myself to what I thought was a high end samsung product but I'm afraid it's riddled with problems and it might as well be made of glass.
No right no complaints just sink or swim but the £341 would be better spent on another phone good bye samsung
Hope this post helps others stay clear of flip samsung phones
