No the CCJ will not be removed completely unless the judgment was less than 30 days ago.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK so how come the CCJ happened? Did Gladstones send the Claim Form to the wrong address?

No I just ignored all the letters and got hit with ccj in September last year. Still haven't paid atm. But the initial fine was very unfair I had the hazard lights on and only parked for 5 mins to drop family off. So what would the advice be to pay the fine then apply for set aside?

If the CCJ isn't bothering or affecting you, do nothing. If you are planning a house purchase, get it set aside.

Are you able to get it set aside? Yes if you act promptly and pay a court fee AND can show that you have good prospects of defence. Which dropping off a passenger IS, because that isn't parking and they've clearly taken covert photos of a moving/occupied car.

    Covert surveillance is illegal.

And you had no fair consideration period. Saw no signs + didn't park = no agreed contract.

Paying it would be the daftest thing to do!

It doesn't wipe it. Instead that cements it in your credit record. DO NOT JUST PAY A CCJ!

I parked the car for literally 5 mins to drop people off taken them inside the building then came out and I also left the hazard lights on too.

This happened now nearly 2 years ago I don't know if I'm able to fight this in court so I was thinking of paying up to avoid all the hassle and just have my record changed to satisfied
