  • OK - nothing stresses me more than someone who is capable of helping themselves but has no willingness to do it - I used to feel sorry for how much you were picked on Phil but now I see why.

Where are all these 'shoulds' coming from? Do you really want to live your life like a lemming trying to fit into someone else's niche because 'they' say you should? Grow some balls !!!!!!. I thought philosophy would've taught you to think outside the box, but apparently not. You're totally enslaved.

You wonder why I get so beside myself, but really all my life since I have been 16.5 has been wasted studying for exams that have done me no good at all.

If I could get to work full time then I would, but my experience of whatever is just not right every time. But surely one time my experience has to be right.

I think you're looking in the wrong place. The kind of life you want is best suited to those with a go-getting attitude and some entrepreneurial spirit, the kind of people who make things happen. I think your best bet is to accept that that's just not your personality, and find an environment where things are clearly marked out for you and where decision-making won't put you under stress. Not everyone's cut out for management, and there's nothing wrong with that. No point always trying to skate uphill. As it is you're just making yourself miserable feeling you should be something you're not.
