Hi all. Looking at getting a solar install done and gathering quotes. I would be super grateful to get some independent opinions on these quotes.
Our usage is estimated at around 7-8000 kwh per yer
Quote 1
Panels
Battery
Total system price £9,100
-----
Quote 2
7 panel system using JA Solar panels (435w)
Enphase IQ Battery 5P 5wh
Enphase IQ8AC Microinverters (0.36 kW AC) 2.52 kW
£9,455 (Though Octopus did have a £1000 discount which would make it £,8455 if still available)
Quote 3
Interestingly Quote 3 has included North facing panels (x14) and what I'm reading this may actually be economical now.
Our roof has been estimated at 35 degrees pitch from all of the providers but estimated consumption is not comparable so it's difficult to compare the quotes evenly. All do include scaffolding and bird protection and mounting and installation etc.
Thank you!
