0% Balance transfer query

Hi everyone,

I have a 0% BT ending soon and I have other balances on that card with different end dates, if I don’t clear/pay off the balance, will I incur interest on the remaining separates transfers?

Other promotional rates on the card shouldn't be affected. Your expiring 0% will revert to standard, others continuing until they also expire.

As above, if you do nothing then the 0% rate will revert to standard APR when the offer expires, your other promotional rates will continue under their original T&Cs.

Any payments you make will automatically be prioritised to the highest-rate debt first - so as long as you always make at least the minimum payment as detailed on your statement then you'll be fine.

Obviously, you should ideally clear the interest-bearing portion of the debt - whether by paying it off or doing another BT.  If you do that before the offer expires, then you just need to check the T&Cs for your card.  Where you've got multiple promotions running concurrently, some cards will allocate payments to the deal which started first, some will prioritise the one that ends soonest.  Or you could just wait until the original BT deal expires and starts incurring interest, then all payments will automatically go to that balance first.
