Unity PRC help?!

Hi, just looking for some advice, we are currently in the process of selling our ex-council house bought in 2017. We remortgaged last year and were asked for a PRC certificate as we are a Unity build. This was the first we had heard of it and after come chasing managed to get a document from the council and secured the remortgage with no further issues.

Our buyers lender has asked for the same document that we have provided, however they wont accept it as if doesn't state all the repairs complete, only mentions external insulation and render.

I have reached back out to the council and the contractor that completed the work, they are a recognised company, so hoping it will be easily sorted.

Has anyone else had experience of this? Would an indemnity insurance policy be accepted to back up the document we have?

Any advice is very much appreciated.
