moving money from premium bonds into NS&I British Savings Bonds

If I want to move my money from Premium Bonds into NS&I British Savings Bonds, do I first have to return all the money to my bank or can I invest in those bonds directly from my premium bonds account which I hold?

You can't move money directly from PBs to Guaranteed Growth Bonds (British Savings Bonds) but if you open a Direct Saver account you can do it indirectly
