I want to use the above site (45 free [+ post] prints p/mth). The photos (saved, from other PC sites are all listed on my PC )only) as pictures. The FP site that comes up on the PC says I have to use their app on my mobile. If I open up photos on the mobile I obvviously only get those taken/stored on the mobile/camera. How do I access those on the PC ?? TIA

what sort of phone have you got?0

Hi Samsung Galaxy A05s android0

Should be able to connect your phone to your computer via its charging cable, and then you'd have to copy them to the phone. There are other ways of achieving the same effect that don't involve the cable, but we'll worry about that later.1

When you open the Freeprints app, you’ll notice there are various sources of photos: your phone, Google photos, Facebook, instagram, Google Drive
So it’s straightforward to select photos from those services. Perhaps where you backup your photos? If the photos are just saved to your computer then exactly how you will do it depends on which version of Windows you have and what the photos were saved from.Assuming to have Windows 10or 11 and the photos were not saved by something that uses rights management then you need to put the phones USB port into file transfer mode (in settings) NOT MEDIA MODE.
Then plug it in, it will appear as another Drive under My Computer. In another window open the folder and simply copy and paste the photos you want into a folder on the phone. In Freeprints you then select to upload from your phone.1 -

Otherwise you could synchronise the files through the cloud - OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.

I need the other way round.....The alternative could be setting up an FTP server on your phone, then using Filezilla to connect to it and then "uploading" what you want from the computer to the phone. But that's overcomplicating the issue and you can move from phone to PC there's no reason why you can't do it the other way with a spot of copy and paste.0

My interest having been piqued, I installed this app on my (Android) phone yesterday. Can someone explain how I connect my cloud accounts as I am only able to select photos from my phone - the cloud accounts are shown greyed out and I can't find any way to add them.
