ADP - change in award

Hi all,

I was awarded high rate for care component and standard for mobility in June this year. I suffer from Fibromyalgia. I appealed in July to ask them to review the mobility part as I feel I need this due to my condition. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and asked if he could assist me. I did ask him when speaking if this would only affect the mobility side of the re-determination and he said yes. However as of yesterday I received a letter from them stating that my entire award was looked at and now I am now going to receive standard rate for both care and mobility. The points that I have been awarded are far different from what I received in my June award.

I have booked an appointment with Citizen advice. Has anyone else had this same issue on ADP. I am very stressed now as again I need to prove my disability.

They look at the whole award again and not just part of it. You can now proceed to Tribunal.
