This company have taken £29.99 out of my account and I have no idea who they are!!!! My initial request for PayPal to deal with this as a fraudulent transaction however they came back and said denied!!! I have requested that it be looked at as another type of scam and am awaiting the response, what have others experienced with regards to resolution with this company  xx

If you go to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ you can see who you've authorised to take reoccurring payments... presumably you are going to see them there. 

Sounds like the Taste Card which is a discount card/app for restaurants... its one of those typical things that are often offered as a free trial for a period in various places but to sign up to the trial you have to agree to it rolling over to a paid service automatically and provide payment details to enable them to charge you.

This is a recuring payment.
So you need to check as per above to see if it is in your account. If it is then there is no way to get that money back, unless retailer is prepared to refund. (knowing this not, not likely)
Could be it was tagged as a free trial with another purchase & then the charge kicks in after so long.
