Santander standing order problem

Hi
I noticed today that my standing order of £200 from my Santander Everyday Current Account to my Santander Monthly Saver has come off of my bank account but isn't appearing in my Monthly Saver. It's like the £200 has vanished into thin air.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
I'd tried updating the app and logging in via the web site but it's still not appearing.
