My electricity bill was increased by £25 this month. The only difference is I have bought a new fridge/freezer with low consumption, new kettle and use of plug in door bell. Am puzzled these could not have increased my consumption by that much. Am paying £90 a month average 3 bed and two of us.

£90 pcm is probably too low. What is your annual electricity consumption in kWh? That will be stated on your energy bills.

How much extra kWh did you use this month compared to last month, as shown on bill?

Was previous bill a estimate or from your reading?

Your use has gone up by £25 or your direct debit has been increased by £25?
