PIP - How long after receiving confirmation that they have all info. does it take for decision?

I had a telephone assessment on Aug 8th and had been patiently awaiting a decision. I received a letter on Friday (Aug 30th) saying they have all the information the need to make a decision....how long does it currently take for a decision to be made and communication sent with details?

I have also heard that you can ask to have a copy of the assessment......how do you go about that?

How long is this piece of string?
You'll probably get cash in the bank before receiving the decision letter if you get an award.

Call DWP PIP for a copy of the assessment report. 
That may give you an idea of what any award may be?

As above... timeline can vary... but I would expect within a few weeks, if not a couple, rather than months from the time they consider they have all information necessary to take decision.
Call DWP PIP and ask for copy of the assessment report... given how long it takes to get through get your money's worth and ask if there is a decision yet made.

My son had his PIP telephone assessment on 11/7, he had a decision letter 2 weeks later.
