Uc how long to sort underpayment issues?

I got my 1st uc payment this month (migrated from tax credits) and it was a lot less than it should have been. It’s been about 3 weeks and it’s still not sorted. It’s taken them nearly 2 weeks to verify ds information as despite the fact I can see it on my claim they said it wasn’t showing their end so had to do a change of circumstances and re add it. They said any money due would be paid once they’d verified his information but nothing has been updated since they added a message to say they verified him.

I’ve messaged again but it takes forever to get a reply via my journal

MR and payment is taking 1 to 1.5 months for us. That's for adjustment due to pension.
