1. Entries open at 9am on 23rd August 2024 and will close at 11:59PM on 30th November 2024 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
2. The Competition is only open to UK residents who are over 18.
3. No employees, their families, or agencies of  TheTravel Chapter Limited or Belvoir Farm Drinks Limited are eligible to enter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The Promoters have the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   
   How to Participate
7. Entries to this Competition must be made by submitting the online entry form provided on win.holidaycottages.co.uk/BelvoirFarm, during the Promotion  Period, and providing the entrant’s first name, last name and email address.
8. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
9. Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the Competition. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
10. Entries through agents or third parties, including entries which are automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or are incomplete, will not be accepted.
11. Only one entry per email address is permitted and the first entry submitted by each email address will be accepted to take part in the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent entries will be disallowed.
12. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Terms and Conditions.
    
    Selection of the Winners
13. There will be one (1) winner of the Main Prize (as defined in clause 15 below) and five (5) winners of the Runner-Up Prize (as defined in clause 16 below).
14. The Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
    
    The Main Prize and Runner Up Prizes (each a Prize)
15. The Main Prize available to be won is: a £2,500 holidaycottages.co.uk voucher
16. There will be five (5) Runner up Prizes of a £100 holidaycottages.co.uk voucher and a Belvoir Farm Drinks bundle to include a mix of drinks of their choice up to the value of £100. Subject to stock availability.
17. The voucher from holidaycottages.co.uk is subject to terms and conditions which can be viewed here. The voucher is valid for new bookings only.  
18. All Prizes are subject to availability and if a Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond the applicable Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of equivalent or greater monetary value. There is no cash alternatives to a Prize. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Prizes can only be redeemed by the Winner and must not be sold on.
    
    Notification of the Winner and receipt of the Prize
19. Each Winner of a Prize will be notified by the email address provided with the competition entry no later than 5pm on Friday 6th December 2024 (Notification Date). The Winner must confirm that they accept the Prize by 5pm on Friday 13th December 2024.
20. In respect of the holidaycottages.co.uk voucher prize, a correspondent at holidaycottages.co.uk will reach out to Winners and will send the voucher to them via email following successful notification.
21. In respect of the Belvoir Farm Drinks bundle for each of the five (5) Runner Up’s, drink bundles will be delivered to the postal address provided, following successful notification of the Prize. The applicable Promoter will not be responsible for failure to deliver a Prize should a postal address be provided incorrectly.  
22. The Promoters will not be liable for Prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged for reasons beyond their reasonable control, or any additional expenses that may be incurred by a Prize Winner in relation to the Competition or their Prize.
23. The Promoters will make all reasonable efforts to contact each Winner. If the applicable Promoter is unable to contact the relevant Winner or the Winner has not provided the Promoter with their address in order for the Promoter to deliver the Prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement Winner in accordance with clause 14 above.
24. The applicable Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects in relation to entrants and the Promoters will not enter into any further correspondence.
25. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents, suppliers,  distributors, officers, directors, employees and shareholders will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners, or to accept any liability for any loss or damage of whatever nature and howsoever arising, or for personal injury or death occurring as a result of your participation in the Competition or the Winners taking up the Prizes, except where injury or death is caused by the negligence of a Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected.
26. All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoters will become the property of the Promoters on receipt.   
27. Each Winner’s surname and county of residence can be requested for a period of one month after the Notification Date by writing to the Promoters at the addresses provided at the bottom of this document and stating the name and date of the Competition. Winners who do not want their surname and county included on the list of Winners referred to above must notify us within a reasonable period of time, of no more than 2 weeks after the Notification Date.
