I would certainly complain to AirBnb and let them know they have a very strange member.  Presumably the OP can put up a review of their stay.

Other than the "room" later became a separate property. 

The description is odd and hard to imagine what's going on, what has the film been applied to? Does it present as a normal framed mirror or something else? What lead the OP to try and look through a mirror? Is it a semi property? Is it purpose built as such or been divided at some point?

If you did want to set up a voyeur room, surely you'd choose to spy on a more interesting room than a corridor?
