Illegible PCN photographic evidence

Hi can someone please advise.
I received a PCN from Hillingdon Council for having stopped (for 2 seconds) and the rear wheel of my car remaining in a hatched traffic box.
I made an initial representation that the PCN should be withdrawn since, for a start, the photos of the car are completely illegible.
The number plate cannot not be read.
Ti me this is circumstantial evidence if the photos don't actually prove it was my car.
Ii did dispute that my car was causing any obstruction but I accept the boxes are there for a reason.
I'm not disputing there are traffic rules
Apart from the fine being totally disproportionate to the offence, does anyone feel I I have any ground for taking the appeal further?

Probably not because they'll have video footage that you can view online (or ask to view) which will show your VRM.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've looked at the video evidence too and the VRM is also illegible on that
Or at least it is on the Apcoa PCN portal anyway.
I pointed out the illegible evidence and the response from Hillingdon council completely ignored my comment.0 -
If the images and video are illegible, how do you think they obtained your VRM?1

It's the new version of pepipoo (that is defunct) and this forum is busier only because:
- the Martin Lewis connection brings more people here, and
- we deal with unfair private parking cases which affect a ridiculous number of UK drivers and are ALWAYS a scam IMHO.
